Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

1. Who we are

Sayve is a product of Jobify Inc. ("Sayve," "we," "us," "our"), the corporation that builds and operates it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Sayve app and website at sayvetech.com (the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the rights you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Sayve is non-custodial. We do not hold your funds, and we never have access to your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase. We cannot move your funds.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials when you register; and identity verification information (such as government ID and date of birth) when your identity is verified for compliance purposes.
  • Wallet and transaction information. Your public wallet address and the on-chain transaction history associated with your use of the Service. Blockchain data is public by nature.
  • Information collected automatically. Device information, IP address, app and usage activity, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties. Information from identity-verification partners and from analytics providers.

Giveaway Entries

When you enter our weekly giveaway through the free online entry method, we collect the email address and age affirmation you provide. We use this information solely to administer the giveaway — including to identify and notify winners — and to detect and prevent fraudulent or automated entries, for which we also process a hashed, non-identifying representation of your IP address. You are not required to create an account to enter for free. If you win, we collect additional information necessary to verify your eligibility and deliver your prize, as described in the Official Rules. We retain giveaway entry data for the duration of the applicable giveaway period and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and dispute resolution, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • verify identity and meet legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud obligations;
  • facilitate fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions through our partners;
  • communicate with you about the Service, provide support, and (where permitted) send marketing you can opt out of;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable law.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers who operate the Service on our behalf, including Coinbase Developer Platform (wallet infrastructure), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting);
  • Identity-verification and fraud-prevention partners;
  • Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law; and
  • Parties to a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

We are based in Canada, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. Because the Service is non-custodial, the security of your wallet keys and recovery phrase is your responsibility.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Canada's PIPEDA and U.S. state privacy laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing or marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@jobifytech.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Age requirement

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
