NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the Sayve Weekly Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Jobify Inc. ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"), 375 University Avenue, Toronto, ON M5G 2J5. Questions may be directed to info@sayvetech.com. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party merchant, network, wallet provider, or infrastructure provider referenced in the Sayve product.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are: (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater); and (b) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec). Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time, when the first Entry Period opens. No entries are accepted before that date and time, by any method, and no drawing is held before the first drawing date below.

Thereafter the Giveaway runs in recurring weekly periods (each, an "Entry Period"). Each Entry Period begins Friday at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends the following Friday at 4:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, with the drawing for that Entry Period held promptly at or about 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time that Friday. The first drawing will therefore be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at or about 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Sponsor may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Entry Periods at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to receive entries. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. All entries are combined into a single pool, and the winner is selected at random from that combined pool. No method of entry improves your odds relative to the other.

(a) Free Method of Entry (no purchase, no account, no balance required). Visit https://www.sayvetech.com/giveaway and submit the free online entry form with a valid email address and confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age. Each properly completed and submitted form counts as one (1) entry. You may enter as many times as you wish during an Entry Period by completing and submitting the form separately for each entry. Automated, scripted, macro, or bulk entries are void, and any attempt to submit entries other than by the manual method described will disqualify all such entries.

(b) Balance Method of Entry. Sayve users automatically receive one (1) entry for each ten U.S. dollars (US$10.00) of USDC balance held in their self-custodial Sayve wallet, as measured at the time of the drawing for the applicable Entry Period. No purchase or payment is made to the Sponsor to hold a balance; funds remain the user's own property, are held in the user's self-custodial wallet, and may be withdrawn at any time. Fractional amounts are rounded down.

The number of entries available under the Free Method is not capped; a participant using the Free Method may obtain a number of entries equal to or greater than any number obtainable under the Balance Method.

5. Entries and Verification

All entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and good-faith participation of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, automated, duplicative in violation of these Rules, or otherwise in breach of these Rules.

6. Winner Selection, Odds, and Verifiably Random Drawing

For each Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from the combined pool of all valid entries (Free Method and Balance Method together). The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received for that Entry Period. The drawing is conducted using a cryptographically secure random process with published verifiability: before each drawing, the Sponsor records a cryptographic commitment (a hash of the random seed); after the drawing, the Sponsor reveals the seed, permitting any participant to independently confirm that the winning entry was selected at random from the frozen pool of entries and was not manipulated.

7. Prize

Each weekly drawing awards one (1) prize consisting of an amount of USDC (a U.S.-dollar-denominated stablecoin). The prize amount for each Entry Period is stated within the Service and will not be less than twenty-five U.S. dollars (US$25.00). The Sponsor may increase the prize amount for later Entry Periods at its discretion; any such change applies prospectively only and will be reflected in the Service before the affected Entry Period begins. The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded in any single weekly drawing will not exceed US$4,950.00.

Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Period. The prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is delivered as USDC to a wallet designated by the verified winner.

8. Winner Notification, Verification, and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the winning entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. To claim a prize, the potential winner must, within seven (7) days of notification: (1) provide their full legal name and any information reasonably required by the Sponsor to verify eligibility and deliver the prize; (2) (Canadian residents only) correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor, as required by Canadian law; (3) execute and return any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release requested by the Sponsor; and (4) provide any tax documentation required by applicable law. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or claim within the stated period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will issue any tax forms required by law.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unfair manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any Entry Period if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used and protected in accordance with the Sayve Privacy Policy, available at https://www.sayvetech.com/privacy. Under the Free Method, the Sponsor collects only the entrant's email address and age affirmation, plus a hashed (non-identifying) representation of the entrant's IP address used solely to prevent fraudulent or automated entries. Additional information is collected from a winner only as needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
